What do I do if I cannot access my Herzing Email Account? If you need any help or need your password reset, please contact the help desk at ITRequest@herzing.edu or 1.866.508.0748 Ext 01656. You may also call 504-733-0074 and ask for the IT department. What do I do if I cannot log in to a campus computer? Your campus computer login is the same as your email login. If you need your password reset please call 504-733-0074 and ask for the IT department. You may also call 1-866-508-0748 Ext 01656. What do I do if I cannot access my Herzing Blackboard account? Call the Blackboard Tech Support number at 1-866-350-5017. Your username for blackboard should be followed by @NOR. You password can be retrieved by clicking the "Forgot Your Password?" link.. What do I do if I lost my Student ID card? Visit the front desk while on campus. A new Student ID costs $5. Where can I obtain software for my classes? Please contact the librarian for information on software purchases. How do I request a transcript? Email the Registrar Nita Dewey at ndewey@herzing.edu for all transcript requests. There is a $5 fee for the transcript. Credit cards are accepted.
